1. Enabling Javascript

LubeAccess uses Javascript to provide better functionality. This is usually enabled in most browsers, but you may need to enable it yourself.

All browsers vary in how Javascript is enabled. We have provided specific guidelines below for common supported browsers. If your browser is not listed, or the descriptions do not seem to apply, please consult your system administrator or contact us at support@swsclabs.com or 713-944-3694.

Internet Explorer

Click Tools then Advanced Options. Select the Security tab, then the Internet icon. Click Custom Level... and make sure Active Scripting under Scripting is set to Enable.

Firefox

Click Tools then Options. Select Web Features. Make sure Enable JavaScript is checked. Click Advanced on the same line, and make sure all items are checked.

Netscape Navigator

Click Edit then Preferences. Select Advanced then Scripts and Plugins. Make sure Enable JavaScript for Navigator is checked and that all items in Allow Scripts to: are checked.
